Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most

What is the « deferred intake »?
Beyond the classic September start, many universities open a session in January or February. It is the ideal opportunity if you missed the September intake, received a document late, or your visa wasn't granted in time: you start a few months later, without losing a full year.
Can I apply without a high-school diploma?
Yes, for some destinations — Malta in particular, through the « language course + higher education » track. You first join a language programme, then continue into higher education. Eligibility depends on your profile: fill in the form and we'll tell you exactly what is open to you.
Which destinations are available for this session?
For the January – February 2027 deferred intake we support applications to Malta, Turkey, Hungary and France. Each destination has its own admission requirements, fees and deadlines: we present the realistic options for your profile.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the country and your situation: admission can take from a few days to a few weeks, and the visa process often needs several weeks of lead time. The earlier you start, the more choices you have.
Is the visa guaranteed?
No serious agency can guarantee a visa: the decision belongs solely to the consular authorities. Our role is to maximise your chances with a complete, coherent and compliant file: documents, proof of funds, motivation letter and interview preparation.
Do I already need to speak English or French?
It depends on the destination and programme. In Malta, and in some programmes in Turkey and Hungary, courses are taught in English. In France, a good level of French is required. If your level is low, the « language course then studies » track exists precisely for that.
Do you help with housing and arrival?
Yes. We offer verified housing options (student residence or shared flat), we book your place before departure and we support you on arrival: settling in and local formalities.
Is the orientation consultation paid?
The first orientation consultation is free and without obligation. After that, our support fees depend on the destination and the services chosen; they are communicated clearly and in writing before anything starts.
